孟巧珍,博士,讲师。20246月毕业于天津大学智能与计算学部计算机应用技术专业,获工学博士学位。目前在湘潭大学计算机学院工作。研究方向为机器学习、深度学习、生物信息学等,主要从事人工智能算法助力蛋白质及多肽序列、结构与功能发现、酶优化改造、从头设计以及功能预测等。近年来在NeurIPSAAAIBriefings in BioinformaticsIEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics等多个重要期刊和会议上发表论文10余篇。主持/参与科技部重点研发项目、国家自然科学基金(面上、青年)项目、湖南省自然科学青年基金等项目。担任BIBMICLRBMC Bioinformatics等会议和期刊审稿人。
