肖赤心，博士，教授、博士生导师，IEEE Senior Member，中国计算机学会（CCF）理论计算机科学专业委员会执行委员。2009年获中南大学计算机应用技术博士学位，2021年获澳大利亚伍伦贡大学（University of Wollongong）电气工程博士学位；2010–2011年在英国埃塞克斯大学（University of Essex）从事博士后研究，2014–2016年在澳大利亚纽卡斯尔大学（University of Newcastle）Newcastle Institute for Energy and Resources（NIER）任访问副教授。现任湘潭大学计算机科学系教授，研究工作长期处于计算机科学与电力/能源系统交叉领域，重点关注计算智能与智能优化、智慧电网与综合能源系统、电动汽车及电力–交通–ICT耦合系统、风险感知与数据驱动决策。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目等科研任务，曾参与澳大利亚研究理事会（ARC）Research Hub 和 Discovery Grant 项目。研究成果发表于 Applied Energy、IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications、International Journal of Electrical Power & Energy Systems、Memetic Computing、GECCO 等期刊和会议。现担任 Frontiers in Energy Research（Smart Grids）Associate Editor、IET Energy Conversion and Economics 编委等学术服务工作。

主要研究：计算智能与智能优化（随机、多目标、动态及轨迹感知优化）；大语言模型与工业决策编译；智慧电网与综合能源系统；智慧城市与算力–电力协同系统；电动汽车与电力–交通–ICT耦合系统；风险感知与数据驱动决策。

Chixin Xiao (Senior Member, IEEE) is a Professor and PhD Supervisor in Computer Science at Xiangtan University, China. He received a PhD in Computer Application Technology from Central South University in 2009 and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wollongong, Australia, in 2021. He conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Essex, U.K., and served as a Visiting Associate Professor at the Newcastle Institute for Energy and Resources, University of Newcastle, Australia. His research lies at the intersection of computer science and power and energy systems, with particular interests in computational intelligence and intelligent optimisation, including stochastic, multi-objective, dynamic and trajectory-aware optimisation; large language models and industrial decision compilation; smart grids and integrated energy systems; computing–power coordination for smart cities; coupled EV–electricity–transport–ICT systems; and risk-aware, data-driven decision making. He is an Executive Committee Member of the CCF Technical Committee on Theoretical Computer Science and serves on the editorial teams of Frontiers in Energy Research and Energy Conversion and Economics.
