杨亚宁,博士,讲师,硕士生导师。2023年毕业于湖南大学计算机科学与技术专业,获工学博士学位。主要研究方向包括并行计算、基因组结构变异检测,以及基因型和表型的关联。近年来,在IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed SystemsBriefings in BioinformaticsIEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and BioinformaticsBioinformaticsNature Machine IntelligenceBIBM等多个重要期刊和会议上发表论文10余篇。主持湖南省教育厅项目一项,参与了多项国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金和湖南省自然科学基金项目。个人主页:https://yaningyang.github.io/
